Two ways in. One record.

Anyone who wants help uses the Presence+ app. Companions and church or campus staff help through Raphael; coaches, spiritual guides and clinicians work in Mindspirit. Every app runs on a phone and on the web, and all of them share one record of outcomes, so a person can move between a friend, a pastor, a coach and a clinician without starting over. Each tool can be white-labeled by a partner, and other tools can connect through the API.

Every person in the network helps someone and follows their own pathway.

My pathway

Each person has a pathway to flourishing in the app, whether they came for help, to help, or both. A therapist has one. So does a man two years into recovery who now walks with others. The pathway holds the courses, practices and relationships that belong to that person, and it goes with them when they step up or down.

Regular Outcomes

Everyone gives feedback and everyone receives it. After each conversation the person says how they are doing and how the relationship is going, and the helper hears it. The same measures run for a Companion and for a psychiatrist, so the record means the same thing at every level and is what moves a person along the continuum.

The measures run inside every tool

The ORS, RRS and SRS are not a reporting add-on. They are collected inside the conversation, in the Presence+ app, Raphael, Midst, Mindspirit and Emmaus alike, so the record follows the person rather than the tool.

Open API framework: other tools, such as health records, parish and campus systems, or a partner's own app, can connect to the suite to share referrals and outcome data. Presence+ encourages other developers to innovate in this space and join the network with their innovations.
